Once again Escape Route will be hosting Trail Run clinics and Hash Runs this Summer. For our Coaches/Athletes this year we welcome Christine Suter, and of course once again Munro "Munny" Duncan.
Dates for Hash runs are still to be finalised. Trail Clinics will begin Tuesday evenings 6pm (meet 5:30pm) early May.
